Refund Policy

Amélie & Max will gladly accept returns for all unworn, regular priced merchandise that are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached) within 14 days for domestic and 21 days for international purchases from the date of receipt.

For all returns and exchanges, please send an email stating your reason for returning to info@amelieandmax.ca with your order number and specific items requesting to be returned/exchange and we will issue a Return Authorization (RA#). Once your return/exchange is authorized by Amélie & Max, you will receive an RA#.

Returns must be received in new, unworn, and unwashed condition and with all tags attached. Pack all garments securely and write the RA# on the outside of the package. Send pre-paid and insured package to the address stated below. All returns must be shipped via traceable and insured mail with a tracking number.

Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.


Note: Shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable.
